  Ordering Information
Orders can be placed online through our secure shopping cart, by phone at (978) 635-1177, or by mail. Our online store is completely secure. Unless otherwise noted, all items shown on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. After you add items to your shopping cart, you can see the contents of your cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top right of your scree. Check out anytime you like.

In order to maintain the security of our website, Quilter's Way reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. If ordering by mail, please be aware that due to the volume of online orders, we may not be able to fill part or all of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you by phone.


  Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment in our online store. All online purchase transactions are processed through a highly secure Authorize.net payment system backed by a payment clearinghouse service that is globally respected. This just means that we handle all credit information in a securely encrypted manner and do not retain it in any form whatsoever.

  Saved Account Information
If you want your billing and shipping information to be saved for future purchases you can “Create an Account” the first time you make a purchase. For more information on managing our account, please visit the Accounts + Privacy page.

  Shipping Information
We know that you really would have liked to have your order yesterday, so we are committed to getting it to you just as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours whenever possible.

  International Orders
Currently, our shopping cart is set up only for shipping within the United States. We are working to get our international shipping capabilities operational. In the meantime, if you are an international customer, please email us directly for additional shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding.

  Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, you will be allowed seven(7) days from the date of shipment delivery to contact Quilter’s Way for further instructions or you will forfeit any claim thereafter.

  Lost Orders
If an order is processed by Quilter’s Way but not received by you at the address included in the order form, you must notify Quilter’ Way within fourteen(14) days from date of the original order or you will forfeit any claim thereafter. Please note that all processed orders are shipped promptly and you should receive them within 2-10 days, unless we notify you otherwise.

  Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy – no refunds will be authorized after 30 days from date of the original order.  Please contact us if you want to return merchandise for a refund. No return will be accepted without prior approval. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.  

Cut yardage, sale items and copyrighted materials (books, patterns, CD/DVDs, etc.) may NOT be returned. Block-of-the-Month, quilt kits, Club membership fees, Sewing Café reservations and shipping charges are all non-refundable. No exceptions will be made. All returns must be in their original packaging without stains, odors, pet hairs or any other defect that would make it non-saleable.  If an item is returned in non-saleable condition, no refund will be issued.
